Valves

Because 100% of equipment is tested before dispatch and is correctly packaged for freighting ( as you will witness ) then we have no hesitation in offering our clients a 24 months guarantee on all the valves on offer.
Each of the valves comes with an individual certificate wherein it has the following information. Date of manufacture, Serial number and Part number.

Pumps

The pumps are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.

Basic Conditions

GLOBAL HYDRAULICS warrants all new equipment manufactured and sold to be free from defects in material, workmanship and construction

If examination by GLOBAL HYDRAULICS discloses that the product has been defective, then our obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective unit or its components.

All claims exclude hotel and travel expenses should this be required.

GLOBAL HYDRAULICS is not responsible for products which have been subject to misuse, alteration, accident or for repairs not performed by GLOBAL HYDRAULICS.

Equipment must be returned properly packed with transportation charges prepaid to GLOBAL HYDRAULICS; return transportation charges will be F.O.B. factory.

No parts shall be returned unless a return authorization number Is received, which will be furnished by request.

The foregoing warranty constitutes GLOBAL HYDRAULICS sole liability, and is in lieu of any other warranty, of merchantability or fitness. GLOBAL HYDRAULICS shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty.
