Shipping Information

1. Goods are shipped by Air or Sea.
2. We will send you a full quotation for large orders.
3. Smaller orders are shipped by air, by courier companies you will recieve a track and trace number.
4. HydraulicsInternational.com is currently establishing a full warehouse where we will stock all the common hydraulic equipment.
5. HydraulicsInternational.com monitors all commonly ordered equipment and every part ordered is duplicated to our warehouse
6. Incorrectly delivered goods will be replaced at our cost.
7. Orders > US$ 10 000 may apply for alternate payment terms i.e Letter of Credit or split payments on long manufacture lead times
8. Goods ordered may be from different manufacturers/locations - Goods from separate locations are not consolidated.
9. Goods are part shipped when they are ready
10. Shipping will be by sea or air and we work on a fixed rate / kg / delivery zone
11. Shipping price is door to nearest port/airport and excludes any local taxes, duties and any other charges that may apply at the destination
12. All shipping is billed at cost - customers may request a copy of the invoice.
13. Shipping insurance is compulsory on orders > $ 2000.
14. Sea freight items will be quoted on separately

Returns Information

1. YOUR FIRST PURCHASE Below $ 3000 -
     You may return the goods un-used in original packing for a full refund less a 15 % re-testing fee.
      Shipping fees are not refunded.
     Refunds will be deposited to your bank account within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. 15 % Handling fee will be deducted - for testing and repacking.
3. Return transports cost are for your account.
4. Accounts will be credited with in 15 days of receipt goods. This allows us time to test the goods.
5. All orders go through a thorough checking process to ensure all goods delivered are the goods ordered.
